We are looking for highly motivated California Certified General Electricians who can demonstrate knowledge base and skill sets commonly associated with industry standards such as reading and understanding blue-prints, pipe bending, circuitry/pulling wire, etc. Position will require knowledge of lighting control, general layout, electrical parts and equipment. This position involves installing, servicing, and troubleshooting electrical components and equipment. Applicant must be able to interaction with customers in a professional manner. Must be willing to drive to sites throughout Southern California.

• Current valid California Certified Electrician.
• Valid California Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to drive to sites throughout Southern California
• Must have your own hand tools and portable power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment.
• Correctly install common electrical components.
• Obey Company safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate the ability to adjust installation to on-site conditions in a safe manner, consistent with plans and/or supervisor’s instructions
• English proficiency (read, write, speak and understand) and able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Correctly and safely use hand and power tools common to the industry, including but not limited to:
  • Hammers, saws, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and other hand tools common to construction in general and electrical installation in particular
  • Drills, power saws, pneumatic or hydraulic powered tools, and other power tools common to construction in general and electrical installation in particular
  • Drill press, skill saw, band saw, and other shop tools/equipment common to construction in general and electrical installation in particular

Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain. Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses). Able to work 8 -10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required. Includes crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required. Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers. Physical work is a primary part of the job.
